Dale Thomas is a distinguished former Police Chief and United States Air Force veteran whose career reflects a lifelong dedication to service, leadership, and excellence. During his military tenure, he proudly served on the Presidential Support Mission as an aerospace maintenance technician, providing direct support for the E4B-747 and Air Force One aircraft under the authority of the President of the United States and the Secretary of Defense. His service took him across six continents and numerous countries, where he demonstrated exceptional technical expertise and professionalism before receiving an honorable discharge.
Following his military service, Dale transitioned into law enforcement, where he amassed more than 18 years of experience in a wide range of specialized areas, including gang intelligence, undercover operations, surveillance and counter-surveillance, SWAT tactics, search and rescue, high-risk woodland operations, active shooter response, and interview and interrogation techniques.
Throughout his distinguished law enforcement career, Dale served in multiple leadership roles, including as an undercover detective, and earned numerous awards and commendations for his outstanding service and dedication. His deep operational knowledge, strategic mindset, and commitment to public safety continue to define his professional legacy.
